Having been encouraged to review this: it’s as good as any of the other cricket flour/powders I have tried and, as a UK company, worth supporting. At the time of writing, the price is competitive. Let’s hope that price continues to drop.Edit (Oct. 2020): latest packets received bear the description ‘ultrafine’ and the powder is indeed a lot finer than it was. No more gritty lumps in solution. This makes it superior to other powders I have tried.
Interesting product. Great alternative way to boost your protein intake. Has a fairly strongish nutty/stock cube flavour to me. I add small amounts to a protein shake. Price not too bad as 100g bag lasts a while, depending on use. Would buy again.
Only used once so far making banana protein muffins, they ended up nice & fluffy. Very tasty & definitely something we will continue baking with in the future. Swift delivery and handy resealable bag too!

I was sceptical at first but it’s absolutely delicious. Added it to a mushroom sauce with pasta and it really brought out the flavour of the mushrooms. Looking forward to trying some of the recipes out
I’ve tried a few cricket powders and have to say this one is more finely grated and doesn’t have the odd smell the others do. A definite 👌
The product arrived quickly and the packaging was of a high quality. It tastes great added to porridge and I contacted the seller to ask for recipe recommendations and he was extremely helpful! I was impressed with the quality of the powder and am looking forward to trying it in different recipes. I would order again and would definitely recommend it.

I was initially a bit uncertain about buying this after I was recommended it by a friend. However it tastes great, has a fine texture and works really well as a protein powder/flower substitute. I aim to use it as a good way of getting extra protein in my diet whilst reducing the amount of gluten I consume.
Really is the best tasting cricket powder I’ve tried! I’m trying to be more sustainable with my eating, but want to keep a high protein content so this is perfect.It has a really consistent flavour, is ground finely enough to be a flour substitute and is made in the UK which I love for the sustainability factor. Great packaging and speedy delivery, highly recommend!
